The Standard Union, April 4, 1891. Magilligan bought Carroll St. Land. This was 50x100 between 6th and 7th Aves. The only lot that is this size is 699 Carroll St. The building on it was built for St. Francis Xavier Church, which is next door, and to which Magilligan was an active member. It is now owned by the Berkeley Carroll School.
No mentions in the newspapers of 480-484. There is a seam, and not a party wall, between 486 and 488. And 480-486 do have slight differences from the other six.
